I personally create each artwork offered on this website and carefully prepare every painting for delivery. I understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and I want to make the return process clear and fair.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the painting, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

You must contact me within 14 days after receiving the artwork.
You must submit a return request through the return form or by email.
You must wait for my confirmation and return instructions before sending the painting back.

After receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, I will process your refund according to applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers Outside the European Union

If your order was delivered outside the European Union, return requests are considered individually.

Please contact me before sending any artwork back. I will personally review your request and try to find a fair solution.

Return Conditions

To be accepted for return:

The painting must be returned in the same condition as received.
The artwork must not have damage, modifications, or signs of improper use.
The painting must be securely packaged for transportation.
Original packaging should be used whenever possible.

If the artwork is damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging, the refund may be reduced or refused depending on the condition of the artwork.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees related to the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs will be refunded only where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your painting arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect artwork, please contact me within 48 hours after delivery.

Please provide:

Order number;
Photos of the packaging;
Photos of the artwork;
Description of the issue.

I will personally review the situation and help resolve the problem.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect the returned painting, I will confirm the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not apply to:

Custom commissioned artworks created specifically for the customer;
Personalized artworks;
Digital products;
Gift cards (if available);

unless required by applicable law.
