
CUSTOM ARTWORK POLICY

1. Custom Orders
All artworks created upon customer request are custom-made.
By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

The artwork is made specifically for them

Changes or cancellations after the work has begun may not be accepted

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU)
2. Order Process

Customer provides reference images, descriptions, and requirements

Seller confirms feasibility and provides an estimated delivery timeline

Work begins only after payment confirmation
Estimated time for completion is approximately 30 days, depending on the size and complexity of the artwork.
Any agreed-upon modifications during production must be communicated in writing.
3. Shipping & Risk
Custom artworks are professionally packaged and photographed with the carrier label before shipping.
Risk of loss or damage during shipping passes to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a custom artwork arrives damaged despite proper packaging or is incorrectly delivered due to seller error, the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours and provide photos.
After verification, the seller may offer:

replacement, or
-
refund of the purchase price
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Policy Updates
This Custom Artwork Policy may be updated periodically.
