This Privacy Policy describes how Yuvart Viktar Yushkevich (hereinafter – “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), NIP: 1231447291, address: Topolowa 23/10, 05-500 Mysiadło, Poland, collects, uses and discloses information about users when using the website www.yuvart.pictures (the “Site”, the “Service”).

We comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/RODO), Polish law, and applicable US regulations (COPPA, FTC) regarding users under 13 years of age.

3. Processing Data via Wix

Our Site is hosted and operated on Wix.com Ltd.

  • Wix acts as a data processor, and we are the data controller.

  • Data entered by users (orders, contacts, subscriptions) is stored on Wix servers.

  • Payments are processed through integrated third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, Przelewy24); we do not have access to full card details.

Data Deletion & Export

Under GDPR / RODO and CCPA:

  • Users may request deletion of their personal data (“right to be forgotten”) or data export.

  • Requests can be sent to yuvart@hotmail.com.

  • We process such requests using Wix tools (“Forget Me”, “Access My Data”).

  • lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13.
If we learn that we collected such data without parental consent, we will delete it.
