Return a Painting
I'm truly sorry that you've decided to return your painting.
Every artwork I create is painted by hand with great care and attention to detail. I hope it brings joy and inspiration for many years. However, if you have decided to return your purchase, I will do my best to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.
Customers in the European Union (EU)
If your order was delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your painting, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please submit your return request within this period and send the artwork back following my instructions.
Customers Outside the European Union
If your order was delivered outside the European Union, return requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me using the form below, and I will do my best to find a fair solution.
Return Conditions

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

The painting must be returned in its original condition, without damage.

Please use the original packaging whenever possible, or equivalent protective packaging to ensure safe transportation.

Once I receive and inspect the artwork, your refund will be processed using the original payment method, in accordance with applicable laws.
