Here I want to tell you about myself and my work.
I'm Viktor Yushkevich. I'm a modern artist. I live in Poland, Warsaw.
Born in 1987 into a family of professional artists, I grew up surrounded by creativity. The scent of paints, the soft sound of brushes, and the glow of canvas light filled my childhood. From an early age, I realized that art is not just a profession — it is a way to see, to listen, and to find harmony in the world around us.
Nature has always been my greatest teacher. I watched how snow gently rests on pine branches, how a quiet stream winds between stones, how the sunrise unfolds across the horizon. In these moments, I learned to see depth in simplicity — and to hear silence as the voice of life itself.
Today, nature remains the core of my art. I seek not only to depict what I see, but to capture what I feel — the breath of wind, the stillness of water, the warmth of light. Each brushstroke is a step toward understanding the quiet beauty that lives within every landscape.
In my paintings, you may see a majestic sailing ship passing through icy waters — a symbol of exploration and discovery. Or a quiet stream shimmering through the forest — the song of peace and purity. And sometimes, the sun rising over distant hills, its rays gently touching the earth, filling it with the breath of a new day.
My works have been exhibited and are part of private collections. Yet for me, the true reward is when a viewer feels something real — peace, nostalgia, or the silent joy of being.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who pauses before my paintings, who finds in them a reflection of their own emotions. Art does not end on the canvas — it continues to live in those who see and feel it.
