1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the www.yuvart.pictures website and all purchases of artworks and services.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

YUVART offers:

original handmade artworks
commissioned (custom) artworks created upon request

Each artwork is unique and may slightly vary due to the handmade process.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed after full payment is received.

Payment methods include:

Stripe
PayPal
Wix Payments
bank transfer / invoice (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

5. Custom (Commissioned) Artworks

Custom artworks are created individually based on client requests.

Conditions:

Production starts only after full payment (100%)
Creation time: up to 30 days
Optional progress photos or videos may be provided upon request
Minor adjustments are possible only in early stages
Significant changes after production has started are not guaranteed

Cancellation policy:

Before production starts: refund available
After production has started: 50% refund, artwork remains with the artist

6. Standard (Ready) Artworks – Returns & Cancellation

For ready-made artworks:

If not shipped: 95% refund available
If shipped and returned: customer covers return shipping, 90% refund upon safe return
Returned artworks must be in original condition

7. Production Time & Shipping

Ready artworks are shipped within 7 days after payment confirmation (100%)
Custom artworks are created within up to 30 days
After completion, artworks are shipped within 7 days
Total timeline for custom orders: up to 30 days production + 7 days shipping
Production begins only after full payment is received

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the artwork, except for commissioned artworks once production has started.

Return shipping costs and customs duties are paid by the customer.

9. Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available.

Packaging:

Large formats (from approx. 50×70 cm): rolled and shipped in double protective tubes
Smaller works: rigid MDF protective packaging
Stretched canvases: shipped on stretcher bars, ready to hang

Frames shown in product photos are for presentation purposes only and are not included unless explicitly stated.

10. Shipping Damage

If damage occurs:

Customer must report within 48 hours of delivery
Photos of packaging and artwork are required
The artist documents packaging before shipment
Claims are submitted to the courier for review

Each case is handled individually.

11. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and content are the intellectual property of YUVART unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Usage rules:

artworks may be shared on social media with attribution
commercial use is prohibited without written permission
commercial licensing requires a separate agreement

12. Studio Visits

Studio visits are available by appointment only.

Visits are recommended to be scheduled in advance
Cancellation is flexible
Photography and video are allowed
Joint photos are permitted

13. Liability

We are not responsible for:

delays caused by shipping companies or customs
import taxes or duties
improper handling after delivery

14. Chargebacks & Payment Protection

In case of disputes or chargebacks, we reserve the right to provide:

proof of payment
shipping confirmation
photographic evidence of packaging and dispatch

15. Privacy

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on the website.
