SHIPPING POLICY

My name is Viktor Yushkevich, a professional artist and the owner of Viktar Yushkevich YUVART.

I personally prepare every artwork for shipment. Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

Artwork Preparation and Packaging

All paintings are original artworks created by me personally.

Please note that paintings are sold without frames. Images showing paintings in interior spaces are presented only for visual representation and to help you imagine how the artwork may look in your home or interior.

I carefully prepare every artwork for safe transportation.

For paintings sized 50×70 cm and larger:

the artwork is shipped rolled in a double protective plastic tube packaging;
this method ensures safe transportation of larger canvases and helps protect the painting during delivery.

For smaller size paintings:

the artwork is shipped on a stretcher frame (subframe);
it is protected in a rigid MDF protective box/package designed for safe transportation.

Each artwork is securely prepared before shipment to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared for shipment within:

3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom artworks or specially prepared orders may require additional time. The estimated preparation time will be agreed individually with the customer.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping service.

Estimated delivery times:

European Union:
approximately 3–10 business days

International orders outside EU:
approximately 7–21 business days

Delivery may take longer due to:

customs procedures;
public holidays;
courier delays;
circumstances beyond my control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on:

destination country;
artwork size and weight;
selected shipping method.

The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before completing the order.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided after shipment.

You can use the tracking number to follow the delivery progress of your order.

International Orders and Customs

For orders outside Poland or the European Union, the customer is responsible for:

customs duties;
import taxes;
local fees;
customs clearance charges.

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Please carefully check your information before completing the order.

I am not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect delivery details.

Damaged Packages

I carefully package every artwork, but damage may occasionally occur during transportation.

If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours after delivery and provide:

order number;
photos of the packaging;
photos of the artwork;
description of the issue.

I will personally review the situation and help find the best solution.

Customers from the European Union may have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the artwork.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
