RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Statement

All artworks sold through this website are original, handmade, and/or created upon customer request.

Due to their unique nature, these artworks may not be returned or exchanged except in cases of:

  • damaged items due to seller error

  • incorrect items delivered

This policy complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) (custom-made goods exemption).

2. Custom-Made Artworks

All orders, including ready-made and commissioned artworks, are considered custom-prepared for each customer upon purchase.

By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to the immediate commencement of artwork preparation.

As a result, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.

3. Shipping and Risk

All artworks are professionally packaged.

Risk of loss or damage during shipping passes to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

All shipments are photographed before dispatch with the carrier’s label to document proper packaging and correct item delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an artwork is damaged despite proper packaging or an incorrect item is delivered due to seller error, the customer must:

  1. Contact the seller within 48 hours of receipt

  2. Provide clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label

After verification, the seller may offer either:

  • a replacement artwork, or

  • a refund of the purchase price

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Digital Artworks / Files

For digital downloads or digital content:

  • The withdrawal right does not apply once the customer has gained access to the digital file

  • Refunds or exchanges are not possible after delivery of digital content

  • Digital files are for personal use only

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that initiating payment disputes or chargebacks without prior contact constitutes a violation of this policy.

The seller reserves the right to contest any such disputes with PayPal, Stripe, or other payment processors, using order records, signed artwork photos, and shipping documentation as proof.

7. Policy Updates

This Return & Refund Policy may be updated periodically.
The latest version is always available on this website.
